Conditions and Details:

• Any “Annual” sponsorship may be paid in whole or in part with in-kind services or goods, subject to Impact SA approval. Any “Presenting” sponsorship may be paid in whole or in part with in-kind services or goods as long as they are relevant to the sponsored event, subject to Impact SA approval.
• Because we incur credit/debit card processing fees as a percentage of the payment value, we only offer credit/debit card payments for Bronze, Silver and Gold level annual sponsors.  Payments for Platinum, Emerald and Amethyst level sponsors may be made by paper check or electronic check only. 
• Event Sponsors who are not also Annual Sponsors will receive recognition in the marketing and communications exclusive to the Event that is sponsored.
• Joint or shared sponsorships (i.e. more than one organization joining together) are not allowed.
• Sponsors who have an established logo will be recognized through the use of their logo. A Sponsor without an established logo will be recognized using a standardized representation of their name. Impact SA does not permit advertising or other messages to be displayed instead of a logo (or name). 
• New Sponsor logos are added to our Sponsor list only once per month, on the first of the month (in the month after the Sponsor payment is received).  Your annual sponsor period will begin on the same date.
• Sponsors may request anonymity and waive their right to have their name or logo displayed as detailed herein, and must make that request at the time of application to be a Sponsor.
• We are open to other types of collaborations with Sponsors - for instance, a Sponsor could underwrite a specific Project completion event or educational event or series of events. Benefits would be similar to those provided to Event Presenting Sponsors. Please contact our Sponsorship team if you would like to discuss such a partnership.
• We reserve the right to update our Sponsor offerings each calendar year. However, if you have an annual sponsorship in place as of the end of the prior calendar year, regardless of any changes we make, we will not reduce any sponsor benefits that you were entitled to during the prior calendar year, until the end of the then-current 12-month period.
